We moved....

...AGAIN.

Despite all the hassle....we are very happy 'cos we found our dream house by the sea!

It's a much smaller house than what we had last year....but it's still a comfortable size with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

The views from the house is what sold us. Absolutely spectacular views from this million dollar tiny home.

We feel like we could live here forever.....it's a house that we both dream of owning but cannot afford.

This little cottage was built in the 1980s. It's relatively new compared to the many other houses in this town. The appearance is more contemporary and much less New-Englandish (i.e. capes etc).

The below photo shows the front deck and living room area which faces the sea.
The living room is bright and airy with tall cathedral ceiling.
Here's the lovely view from the living room....and that's my favorite seat in the entire house!
Our cute master bedroom with sliders leading to the front deck.....
....here's the view that we wake up to every morning!
There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor of the house.....with twin beds....good for guests (so what are you waiting for?!)!

Here's the dining area....also with sliders that open up to the wrap-around deck for some lush greenery views of the front yard.
The kitchen is a little small but fully equipped....I just need to learn to cook/bake with less space.
The first floor bath.....with cute wallpaper.
The stairway with tall ceiling....
The deck goes all around the house....this is the side deck....
This is the main seafacing deck......where the grill and picnic table are located...great for some outdoor grill parties!
Then....there are the views of the water, marsh, boats and birds......love love love!!

Here we are....all smiles...enjoying our very first sunrise at our new home!
To be able to live by the sea.....that's what we moved to the cape for!!!
